My goal as your birth doula is to help you achieve a birth experience that you feel positively about. I can support you at home, in a hospital, or birth center. All of my services are customized to meet your needs, and I collaborate with a network of backup Doulas to ensure you have what you need at all times. Here is an example of what support can look like:

• Complementary virtual consultation

• Four prenatal visits*

• Unlimited text, email, and phone support

• Physical support during labor and birth (phone or video chat with virtual packages)

• Postpartum “mapping” to set you up for a healing and nurturing recovery

• During your birth I will help you advocate for the choices that you want to make

• Pain management tools during labor

• Techniques to help you prepare for labor, birth, and early parenthood

• Help you build your birth team and create a birth plan

The fourth trimester is often the hardest, and your health during this short window of time can impact you and your baby for the rest of your lives. Throughout these early months, mother and baby rely on one another, and the health of one will affect the health of the other. This dyad is nature at its finest. As your Postpartum Doula, I will support you as you recover from birth and embark on your journey into motherhood.
